Your log

    A private period tracker

Most period apps ask you to create an account and send your health data to their servers. This period tracker doesn't: every date you log stays only on your device. Log the day each period starts, and it works out your average cycle length, how regular your cycles are, and predicts yournext periods and fertile days on a calendar. It's quick to use from your phone's browser — add it to your home screen for one-tap access.

    How to use it

    1. Log the first day of your most recent period (and earlier ones, if you remember them).
    2. Each month, log the new start date when your period begins.
    3. Export a backup now and then; import it on a new phone.

    Example

You log periods starting on 2 July, 31 July, 29 August and28 September. The gaps are 29, 29 and 30 days, so your average cycle is about29.3 days and quite regular. Your next period is predicted for about 27 October, with likely ovulation around 13 October. For a detailed fertile-window plan, use theovulation calculator; once pregnant, thedue date calculator takes over.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is my period data private?
Yes. Your dates are stored only in this browser on this device (local storage). There is no account and nothing is uploaded. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so use Export to keep a backup file.
How does the tracker predict my next period?
It averages the gaps between your last six logged period start dates, then adds that average to your most recent period. The more cycles you log, the better the prediction. Until you have two logged periods, it uses the default cycle length you set.
What is a normal cycle length?
Anywhere from about 21 to 35 days is common in adults, and it can vary by a few days from month to month. Cycles that are often shorter than 21 days, longer than 35 days, or vary by more than 7–9 days are worth discussing with a doctor.
Can irregular periods be a sign of PCOS?
Irregular or missed periods are one of the common signs of PCOS, which affects many women in India, but they have many other causes too, such as stress, thyroid problems or weight changes. See a gynaecologist for a proper diagnosis.
