Merge PDF files online
Job applications, scholarship portals and visa forms often ask for “a single PDF” with all your documents — mark sheets, ID proof, certificates and photos together. This merge PDF tool joins any number of PDFs into one file, in exactly the order you set. It works on phones and computers, keeps every page at its original quality, and never uploads your documents anywhere.
How to merge PDFs
- Tap Choose PDFs to merge and pick your files. Add more at any time.
- Put them in order: drag the ⠿ handle or use the ↑ ↓ buttons. Remove a file with ✕.
- Tap Merge PDFs, then download merged.pdf.
Tips for document uploads
- Size limits: many government portals accept only 200 KB–2 MB. If the merged file is larger, use Compress PDF.
- Photos of documents: turn phone photos into a PDF first with Image to PDF, then merge.
- Wrong page order inside a file? Fix it with Reorder PDF Pages or remove extras with Delete PDF Pages.
Example
A candidate needs to upload one PDF with a Class 10 mark sheet (1 page), a Class 12 mark sheet (2 pages) and a degree certificate (1 page). They pick all three, drag the degree certificate to the end, and tap Merge. The result is a single 4-page PDF — pages in the right order, text still sharp — ready to upload.
