    Online alarm clock

Need a reminder while you work, study or cook? This online alarm clock rings at the time you set, right in your browser. Add several alarms with labels — “Join the meeting”, “Take medicine”, “Leave for school pickup” — choose an alarm sound, and snooze when you need a few more minutes. Your alarms are remembered on this device, and nothing is sent anywhere.

    How to use it

    1. Pick a time, add a label and choose a sound.
    2. Tap Set alarm. Keep this page open (it can be in a background tab).
    3. When it rings, tap Stop or Snooze.

    Tips

Set an alarm for 3:20 pm labelled “Square off intraday trades” ten minutes before NSE closes, or a series of study-break alarms during exam preparation. For a fixed length of time rather than a clock time, use thecountdown timer; for focused work with automatic breaks, thePomodoro timer.

    Frequently asked questions

Does the alarm work if I close the page?
No — a web page can only ring while it is open. Keep this tab open (it can be in the background) and your device awake and plugged in. For waking up in the morning, your phone’s built-in alarm is more reliable.
    Why is there no sound?
Browsers only play sound after you have tapped the page, so set the alarm with the Set alarm button. Check that the device isn’t muted and the volume is up. Tap “Test sound” to check.
Can I set more than one alarm?
Yes. Add as many alarms as you like; each can have its own label and turn on or off. They are remembered in this browser for next time.
    What does snooze do?
It silences the alarm and rings again after the snooze time you choose (5, 10 or 15 minutes).
