Add a watermark to photos

Protect your photos before you share them online. Whether you sell products on Instagram, share photography or send property pictures to clients, a watermark shows they're yours and discourages copying. Add atext watermark (like © Your Name or your shop's name) or your logo, place it in any corner, the centre or tiled across the photo, and set its size and transparency. Watermark many photos at once and download them together — all on your device.

How to use it

  1. Choose one or more photos.
  2. Type your watermark text or choose your logo; set size, opacity and position.
  3. Download the watermarked photo — or all of them in a ZIP.

Example

A home-baker sharing cake photos on WhatsApp adds “@SweetCrumbsPune” in white at 55% opacity in the bottom-right corner — visible but not distracting. For a professional catalogue, a tiled watermark at 25% opacity makes copying much harder. Shrink the photos for sharing with the image compressor, or create a signature image with the signature maker.

Frequently asked questions

How do I watermark many photos at once?
Choose several photos together. The watermark is previewed on the first one; tap “Download all” and every photo is watermarked the same way and saved in a ZIP file.
Can I use my logo as a watermark?
Yes — switch to “Logo” and choose your logo image (a PNG with a transparent background looks best). Set its size and opacity.
Which watermark is hardest to remove?
A semi-transparent “Tiled” watermark repeated diagonally across the whole photo is much harder to crop or edit out than a small one in a corner, though it covers more of the image.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Watermarking happens entirely in your browser, so private photos and product images stay on your device.
