How to use it

Example
An IBPS applicant's phone photo is 3000 × 4000 pixels and 3.2 MB. After cropping to the face, the tool scales it to200 × 230 px and searches JPEG quality until the file lands inside 20–50 KB — typically around 25–35 KB. A signature scanned on white paper becomes a 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB JPG.
Tips to avoid rejection
- Use a recent colour photo with a light background, face clearly visible.
- Sign in black ink on white paper; crop close to the signature.
- Make a clean signature first with the signature maker.
