Exam countdown with a study plan

Seeing the number of days left is the best motivation to start revising. This exam countdown keeps a live timer for each of your exams — JEE, NEET, CUET, UPSC, SSC, CAT, board exams or your semester papers — right on your phone. It also shows the study days left after your weekly rest day and how many chapters you need to finish each day to complete the syllabus with a week to spare for revision.

    How to use it

    1. Type or pick the exam and enter the date from the official schedule.
    2. Set your rest day and the number of chapters or topics still left.
    3. Open the page any time — your countdowns are saved on this device. Share one with your study group.

Making the countdown work for you

    • Keep 7–10 days at the end only for revision and mock tests — the daily target below already does this.
    • Plan weekly, not daily: multiply the daily target by six and set a goal for each week.
    • Check official dates regularly and update your countdown if they change.

    Example

A student adds NEET UG with the date announced on the official website. With 120 daysleft and Sunday as the rest day, there are about 103 study days. Keeping the last 7 days for revision leaves roughly 96, so 40 chapters left means about 0.4 chapters a day — one chapter every 2–3 study days. Practising typing for a computer-based test? Frequently asked questions

How do I make a countdown for my exam?
Type the exam name (or pick one from the list), enter the date from the official schedule and tap Add. The countdown is saved on this device, so it is there every time you open the page. Add as many exams as you like.
Why don’t you show the exam dates automatically?
Exam dates are announced by NTA, UPSC, CBSE and other bodies on their own schedules and sometimes change. Entering the official date yourself keeps your countdown accurate — check the official website and update the date if it is revised.
    What are “study days”?
The days left excluding Sundays (or whichever rest day you choose), to help you plan a realistic revision schedule. Enter how many chapters or topics are left to see how many you need to cover per study day.
    Can I share my countdown?
Yes. Tap Share on any countdown to send a link on WhatsApp — friends who open it see the same live countdown and can save it too.
